With more than 187 participating countries and over 2000 project submissions annually the Energy Globe Award is today's most prestigious environmental prize worldwide. It distinguishes projects regionally, nationally and globally that conserve resources such as energy or utilize renewable or emission-free sources. Award ceremonies are held all over the world. Prominent personalities as well as Energy Globe Ambassadors in 90 countries support the mission of Energy Globe. The activities of Energy Globe attract worldwide media attention - international TV stations report each year with approximately 1,000 hours of broadcasting time. INEVA develops, designs, builds, commissions and operates its own energy technology, thermal sludge incineration and energy generation Fluidized Bed Incineration systems. INEVA thermal disposal plants are planned to incinerate 200 tons/day (100 for each thermal disposal plant) dewatered sewage sludge, generated from all of the municipal wastewater treatment plants of stated metropolitan municipality
Sewage sludge is a byproduct of municipal or industrial wastewater plants. Sludge has many constituents-organics, pathogens, heavy metals, nutrients, toxic substituents.
The solution is the building of two thermal sewage sludge disposal and energy generation plants for the Administration. Both plants are in commissioning phase currently and operation phase is planned to start in 2019. INEVA thermal disposal plants are planned to incinerate 200 tons/day (100 for each thermal disposal plant) dewatered sewage sludge, generated from all of the municipal wastewater treatment plants of stated metropolitan municipality.
Thermal disposal of sludge presents an advantage reduction of significant volume and recovery of the energy value of sludge. Mono-incineration is another thermal disposal method which is easy to apply, conventional but also open to be developed. Instead of landfilling or burning in cement kilns, implementation of INEVA mono-incineration technology will increase the awareness and energy generation rates from sludge, and also will open a pathway to future technologies
