With more than 187 participating countries and over 2000 project submissions annually the Energy Globe Award is today's most prestigious environmental prize worldwide. It distinguishes projects regionally, nationally and globally that conserve resources such as energy or utilize renewable or emission-free sources. Award ceremonies are held all over the world. Prominent personalities as well as Energy Globe Ambassadors in 90 countries support the mission of Energy Globe. The activities of Energy Globe attract worldwide media attention - international TV stations report each year with approximately 1,000 hours of broadcasting time. The aim of the Energy Globe is to raise global attention on sustainable, everywhere applicable environmental solutions and to motivate people to also become active in this area.

TGEC has developed a flare gas recovery system that has acceptable technical performance and high economic feasibility. By using gas compressor technology, the flaring rate of the oil recovery unit has been significantly reduced and the possibility of recovering valuable compounds from flare gas for NGL units has been provided.
Optimizing energy consumption and reducing environmental pollutants are major concerns in the oil and gas industries. Since the main way of waste of energy and emission of pollutants in the oil and gas industry is the flaring system, creation of a mechanism to reduce and eliminate flare is very important.
TGEC has started to build a gas plant in the south of the country (Khuzestan province) collecting 4 million cubic feet daily associated gas in September of 2017. The plant started to work in May of 2018 and during 6 months about 500 million cubic feet of burning gas has recovered and, while avoiding waste of valuable resources, the release of 32,000 tons of carbon in the atmosphere has been prevented.
In this project, all climate conditions have been considered and they tried that the high ambient temperature does not have a negative effect on the operation of the compressors, by using local technology and special and environment-friendly design, our processes have been made in such a way that under varying pressures Gas, along with oil and carryovers, while continuously absorbing gas and separating it from liquids, the production can be continuously done.
