This project involves implementation of ground water search using geophysical device that is, the BR 700 PRO technology in the field of groundwater and underground artesian wells. Through this device, the user can navigate and locate areas with water places in the regions they intend to scan, and they can identify the most powerful points in that area. In addition,BR 700 PRO can distinguish between fresh, salt, and mineral water.
The underground aquifers in the Biskra region of Algeria suffer from over exploitation of its water resources by farmers and industrialists processes with more than 17000 hydraulic drilling. Unfortunately, the piezometric maps of the Biskra region are rare and the search for underground water is generally carried out by traditional methods.
The solution is to map groundwater so as to protect it. This can be done by implementation of a device that can navigate and locate water places even in very dry locations. It has been provided with feature to know the depth of water in exact number, and appear on the screen and we can get knowledge about waterpower in details.
Groundwater research in the Biskra region is generally carried out by traditional methods; this innovation manipulates new groundwater detection technologies such as the instrument: BR 700-PRO. Mapping of groundwater in the Biskra region by the geographic information system will be assisted in the control of groundwater.
