Title: Modern and Environmentally Friendly Composting Methods
Mushrooms are one of the most important sources of healthy food; European output is more than 1 million tons. Growing mushrooms requires a large quantity of compost, which is made from horse and chicken manure, straw, gypsum and water. During the fermentation of the mixed raw materials, odor and tons of ammonia are releases into the air. Ammonia is a general cell toxin and damages human and animal organisms. Our innovation is a closed technology with an integrated bio-filter and bio-washer that reduces ammonia emissions by 95% without any chemicals.
