Title: Simple Method to Protect Rooms against Heat Loss through the Roof

To lower heating costs, you should fix a bar on two walls in the room 30 cm beneath the ceiling. Afterwards slot and key boards 10cm longer than the room are bowed slightly between the bars and the ceiling. The accrued cove leads to an improvement of the air circulation, and the hollow between the boards and the ceiling improves the insulation for energy savings of up to 30%.
