Title: Aparthotel Adler in Saalbach-Hinterglemm
Near completion, the new section of the 200-room Aparthotel Adler in Hinterglemm (Austria) will become an example of low-energy construction in the so far unusual division of hotel construction. The heating requirement is calculated at 17 kWh/m² annually. An additional component of the concept is the integration of a controlled ventilation facility. This guarantees continuous air exchange and counteracts conventional energy losses due to ventilation. The results are low operating costs and CO2 emissions without compromising comfort.
