Title: Cornwall Sustainable Energy Partnership
CSEP is a cross-sector collective of public and private organisations working together to achieve a sustainable energy future for the communities and business in Cornwall (UK). CSEP has been particularly effective at raising awareness of the social and health benefits of energy sustainability, resulting in major energy saving improvements to over 13,000 homes and 283,278 tons of CO2 saved. Through the Home Health Programme, more than 5000 homes in the most deprived areas of Cornwall were made more energy efficient, saving 110,800 tons of CO2. CSEP is now focusing on moving energy sustainability up the economic agenda, as it is a key driver in this economically disadvantaged part of the UK.
