Title: Energy for the Poor

The project is about a 3-In-One-System: Solar water heater, sterilizer and distiller. The aim of the project is to improve quantities and qualities of drinking water and to reduce the high rate of morbidity and mortality of the young children, by the bloody diarrhea, which is the major contributor to the million of water related deaths. Additionally to create new opportunities for the poor to assist to achieve other Millennium development goals providing them with necessary tools to RISE THEIR INCOME and to do their own way out of poverty. Because electricity usually is not available in the targeted communities, the system don't need any electric or electronic parts, but there is still the ability to control hot water amount and temperature. To suit the capabilities of the poor communities and to insure sustainability the system was designed to be manufactured at any small work shop by any of the rural poor communities globally.
