Title: First Plus Energy house in Fürstenfeld
Domweber Bau GmbH constructed a Plus Energy model house in Fürstenfeld (Austria). A Plus Energy house is a house that produces more energy than its residents consume through heating, household electricity and hot water. Insulation, ventilation and glazing techniques reduce energy consumption for heating, ventilating and lighting the building to a minimum. A photovoltaic system is mounted on the roof and the southern façade is glass. A Plus Energy house has no polluting emissions and contributes significantly to environmental protection.
