Title: Solar power for autonomous solar-thermal applications
In order to be able to exploit the free energy of the sun in a solar-thermal plant for hot water and heating, until now required auxiliary energy in the form of electricity from the grid for circulation pumps and controls. Ecological consistency requires that solar components use solar energy themselves as well. An example is the solar station Tacosol EU 21 by Taconova; the solar-regulated model has an integrated DC circulation pump that is driven by solar energy. This solar station also affords autonomous energy supply for solar plants in off-grid regions.
