Title: International school project sensitizes students to energy

The VIPNet project, co-financed by the EU, is a completed one-year, bilateral school project with the goal of evaluating energy saving potential and of encountering and producing alternative energy forms. Along with the technical secondary school of Donaustadt (Vienna, Austria), the project involved institutions and schools from Slovakia and Austria as well as project partners outside the academic sector. The students undertook numerous activities such as excursions, workshops and instruction in physics, chemistry and became acquainted with waste management / environment management around the topics of energy and sustainable alternatives.
