The Environmental Training Center Styria awarded in the winter of 2009/2010 a free project management on "air and particulate matter" in four Styrian schools. Children can recognize that the project will air as an important food and even learn to make a contribution to reducing air pollution by particulate matter. Students should wear their acquired knowledge and skills even further into the family. A questionnaire to the change in the mobility behavior of parents and students, such as formation of Gehgemeinschaften, should help.
One was to place or region adapted project idea folder provided to the students. In the course of the practical project days on air pollution and chemical-physical experiments have been started, conducted surface investigations and appropriate teaching materials such as Air-memory worked. Since the start of the project and the pilot phase in 2004/2005, already 34 Styrian schools have received this award.
