The building is built from May 2009 to May 2010 according to ecological and economic criteria. The TB Hammer was in the course of this project for the design of the building and power engineering, electrical engineering, the fountain, the funding process and technical supervision responsibility. The initial planning of a district heating with radiators heating and cooling by circulating cooling water chiller and was rejected by a comparison of the operating and capital costs. For heating and cooling of the object, a heat pump system was designed with fountain. The heating and cooling is performed in each area by means of concrete core activation. In addition, a central mechanical ventilation with heat recovery was installed."/>
