Title: TBH is planning the first Passive House Bank in Austria

The building will be built in October 2009 to November 2010 according to ecological and economic criteria. The TB Hammer was in the course of this project for the design of the building and energy technology, the funding process and technical supervision responsibility. With the implementation of the developed model TBH-energy concept, Raiffeisen Bank Murau entirely new ways. The engineering firm around the Managing Director Mr. Robert Pichler has pioneered - Raiffeisenbank has Murau front under the domestic banks as a "first passive house bank 'nose in terms of environmental sustainability. The existing center was located in the center of Murau and was integrated into a building old stock. A renovation would have been uneconomical and therefore in the internal bodies of a new building was decided. The Committee established in 2007 and also from TBH planned Raiffeisenverband in the passive house standard should have the realization of the new building for the Raiffeisen Bank Murau set an example.
