The former disused factory site in Graz-Gösting Zanklhof was revitalized in two phases, and expanded. The goal of the client was to create in conjunction with the first phase of a residential complex in which the tenant has not only its "own four walls," but also diverse open space.
With innovative concepts developed and use of available natural resources was a passive house building with 26 apartments and a low-energy buildings with a total of 64 apartments will be built.
The Consulting Engineer Bernhard Hammer GmbH was responsible for the planning of the whole house, energy, and electrical design of solar collectors and geothermal as well as the technical supervision responsibility."/>
