Title: The use of emitted CO2 from the boiler exhaust in sugar production process
In sugar factories the raw sweet syrup purifications obtained by lime milk and CO2 and then after separation of impurities of the syrup, the syrup is led to the evaporation stage to become viscose. At this stage due to the produced steam from the boiler unit that has gone through the factory’s power supply generating turbine, the syrup goes through crystallization process after which the drying by centrifuge process takes place. The dried sugar then goes through the packaging process. In this project all environmental aspects and factors have been considered and accounted for scientifically and technically as noted above which came out to be very efficient and profitable for the factory and the nature.
