This is an efficient solar panel assembly targeted to be used mostly around the equator regions with equal hours of days and nights. It consist of a parabolic reflecting dish which concentrate sun rays onto the surface of a solar panel fixed at the focal point of the dish. At two opposite ends of the dish, there are two small motors coupled to a shaft holding the dish. A timer selects motor 1 for 12 hrs of the day and motor 2 for another 12 hrs for the night (reverse). In this way, the dish follows the sun during the day and reverses back to its starting point during the night to wait for the rising of the sun the next day. This makes it receive maximum rays at concentrated intensity.
