The project aims at storing heat from combustion processes in chemically bound form and their temporal and spatial offset recovery for heating and cooling purposes. The exhaust gas energy, which are emitted by combustion engines on the environment can, in metal hydrides and chemical stored on the drive for heating and hot water are delivered to the house. With about 60 kg weight and system cost around 2,000 € can achieve an economical solution and heating oil - and CO2 - savings of well over 20% can be achieved. The storage system can be easily installed in any vehicle, allowing the world not only the recovery of a huge amount of heat, but also a reduced environmental impact with respect to CO2 and high temperature heat.
